Focus

“Focus”. “Just Focus.” A good mantra for a fractured mind. It is helpful when outside events assist us. There is a belief that whatever is the object of the focused mind manifests itself, perpetuates itself, or it could be said that the very act of focus in and of itself helps create a reality. Powerful.

An event I attended not long ago gave us great things to focus on and create. It was a day of recognizing and promoting various charities throughout the valley. All good stuff. Not a moment’s mention of crime or negativity. Hmmm. Now if we could all focus on such “goodness” often, wouldn’t it stand to reason that good stuff would be more likely to be created in our peripheral world. I think so. It feels good. That’s the way, uh huh, uh huh, I like it.
